• Rates quoted are net, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
• Payment must be made upon check-in at the Front Desk by cash or credit card (Visa / Master).
• 3% surcharge will be applied for any payment by credit card as the bank’s handling fee.
• Check-in time is at 1.00 P.M. / Check-out Time is at 12.00 P.M. noon.
• With regard to late check-out, extra charge will be applied according to our hotel policy. Latest check-out time is at 1 P.M.
• All requests for early check-in will be subjected to room availability on the day of arrival.
• Special request for specific rooms will be based strictly on the room availability for the day. The management reserves the right to substitute a room within a specific category, should the need arise or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Maximum 2 persons are allowed to stay in one bedroom.
• Since our hotel does not provide an extra bed, a child under 12 years old is allowed to share the room with parents, free of charge.
• All rooms are non-smoking; smoking area is at the front of the hotel.
• If you want to extend your stay please inform us prior and pay in advance.
• Personal information collected and/or submitted will only be used for internal purposes and for sending you promotional information. We will not sell or rent our lists to any individual or organization.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Amendment / Cancellation / NO SHOW Policy

• The guest is permitted to make only one amendment to the reservations prior to arrival date.
• Any amendments made 72 hours prior to arrival date, 1 night room charge will be imposed.
• Any cancellations made 72 hours prior to arrival date, 1 night room charge will be imposed.
• Room charge for 1 night will be imposed for all NO SHOW reservations.
• 5% surcharge will be applied for any cancelled/NO SHOW reservation as the bank’s handling fee.
